You will handle every enquiry professionally, proactively hunt for new business, and ensure flawless administration.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing We trust you to handle:

• The Commercial Strategy: Drive the M&E budget. You will cater packages for all clients and replace guesswork with quantifiable application velocity metrics to forecast accurately.

• The Execution: Deliver absolute attention to detail. Ensure all event administration is flawless and communicated to operations with total precision.

• The Leadership: Manage a high performing team. You will navigate defensiveness to coach your staff, review wage costs using TnA, and foster commercial awareness.

• The Internal Bridge: Protect the operation. Ensure seamless communication with the GM and front of house teams so they can actually execute the dream your team just sold.
