The Role: Your Contribution to Village

As our Leisure Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our operations, specifically being the key link in the chain that joins up a great team with memorable guest service.

The 'bones' of what you will be doing are about:

• Leading the Shift: Managing the daily operations across multiple areas including the gym team, reception, and cleaning.

• The Pool Expert: Managing pool plant operations in line with company PSOP and PWTAG guidelines.

• The Fitness Lead: Leading our exclusive branded group exercise classes like BURN, BOX N’ BURN, and V-Cycle, while delivering top tier fitness consultations.

• The Standards Champion: Upholding cleaning standards across the facility to ensure we are always ready for service.

What we need from you:

• The Leader: You are focused, driven, and motivated by targets. You have a passion for helping others perform to their maximum potential.

• The Pro: You have great organisational skills, time management, and experience with objection handling.

• The Basics: Ideally you hold First Aid, Pool Plant, L2 Gym, L3 PT, or Lifeguard qualifications. However, we can provide all training for the right candidate.
