The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance
Your focus is to deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring all guest bedrooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where you will create a true wow factor of cleanliness, making sure guest expectations are consistently exceeded. Working as a key part of our housekeeping team, you will take real pride in your work, demonstrating fantastic attention to detail and efficiency to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing
As our Room Attendant, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle:
Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
