The Role: Your Contribution to Village

As our Leisure Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our operations, specifically being the key link in the chain that joins up great staff with memorable customer service. You will assist the Leisure Club Manager in delivering the highest possible operational standards while supporting the growth of our team.

The 'bones' of what you will be doing are about:

• The Operational Guru: Keeping our clubs running like clockwork, from managing the poolside to coaching members on the gym floor, ensuring every guest experience is legendary.

• The Growth Mentor: Helping others perform to their maximum potential, whether that is a member smashing their goals or a team member keen to carve out a solid career in the fitness industry.

• The Culture Leader: Motivating your team to push boundaries through seamless operations and a passion for wellbeing, while maintaining a culture of informality and fun.
