As our Night Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our operations, specifically assuming complete autonomy over all night operations and ensuring our guests place their full trust in us.

• The Resilient Leader: You have a real backbone and the character to stay calm under pressure, making independent decisions that protect the peace of the hotel.

• Leadership and Guidance: You provide clear direction and support to your team, ensuring everyone is trained to deliver excellence even in the early hours.

• The Safety Anchor: You carry out regular security checks because you understand that one disruptive guest can disrupt ten sleeping guests: it is your responsibility to prevent that.

• The Multi-Skilled Operator: You are adaptable and ready to handle anything: from night audit reports and late check-ins to prepping a snack or serving a quiet drink.
