We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager who can seamlessly switch gears from pouring the perfect pint in the Pub & Grill to executing a flawless 300-person gala dinner. Your focus is to support the F&B Operations Manager, driving consistent standards, protecting our profit performance, and obsessing over the guest experience across all our food and beverage spaces.

As our F&B Assistant Manager, you are the ultimate multitasker on the floor. We trust you to handle:
Floor Leadership: Creating an intensity around service that drives the performance of the team, whether they are working a busy Friday night in the Pub & Grill or a complex corporate event.
Commercial Control: Reviewing wage costs to ensure staffing levels are spot on, maintaining accurate stock par levels, and ensuring best practice for voids, refunds, and health and safety compliance.
Local Marketing: Acting as our social media champion with a robust calendar of activity, supporting outreach plans, and helping us smash our goal of a top 10 TripAdvisor ranking in the local area.
Product Passion: Conducting tastings, running daily briefings to test the team on menu and drinks knowledge, and ensuring everyone knows exactly which products deliver the best GP.
We do not micromanage. We believe in Ownership & Integrity, giving you the autonomy to manage your shifts, engage with the sales teams on M&E familiarisation trips, and take charge of the daily operation.
