We have a unique opportunity for a proactive and friendly professional with strong administrative skills to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of all of our Visitor Centre functions.
The Duty Supervisor role is built upon organisation within a varied and fast-paced environment to ensure a positive end-to-end experience for all our customers, whether they are visiting our shop, having a Brewery Tour or using our unique spaces for an event. As part of a team of 6, including you, you will work closely with our tour guides and assistants as well as internal stakeholders in our Property, Brewing and Retail departments.

An independent family business, we boast an award-winning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East, from the historic heart of the City to the Kent coastline. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
