We continue to invest and innovate in beer and pubs, ensuring we remain a fiercely independent family company at the forefront of British brewing and hospitality. We are looking for an energetic and inspirational personality to support the day-to-day operation of the Hall & Woodhouse Visitor Centre, with a particular focus on the Brewery Shop, tour administration, and the coordination of weddings, conferences, and internal events.

This is a hands-on role, combining retail operations, administration, visitor experience, and event coordination. The successful candidate will help ensure that visitors receive a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience whilst supporting the smooth running of the shop and  Visitor Centre across multiple areas.

Apply if you are:

  • Building your career in hospitality event planning & management
  • Available to work 35 hours, 5 days from 7 including weekends and occasional evenings
  • A competent administrator adept with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Familiar with digital booking and invoicing systems, stock control and retail processes
  • Well presented and able to follow standard procedures to manage and execute events effectively
  • Able to commit to support the Visitor & Experience Manager in developing the events business
  • Responsible and reliable working alone and willing to support the wider department as required
  • Guest focused, highly motivated and enthusiastic about making people's day
  • A great team player who cares about what you do, and always strives to be the best version of yourself
