Job Summary:

The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative support for daily office activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Front Desk Management:

    • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees upon arrival.
    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Manage the incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
  3. Customer Service:

    • Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
    • Address visitor inquiries and resolve minor issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
  4. Security & Compliance:

    • Monitor and control access to the premises by following visitor sign-in procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.

Working Conditions:

This role requires sitting for extended periods at the front desk. The receptionist may occasionally need to handle packages or lift light office supplies.
