We are not in the wing business. We're in the flavor business. It's been our mission to serve  the world flavor since we first opened shop in '94, and we're just getting started. 

Wingstop  is the destination when you crave fresh never faked wings, hand-cut seasoned fries and  any of our famous sides.

Qualifications for the job:

  • Open availability (including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts) - Required

  • FOH and BOH management experience

  • Hands on working Manager with some previous kitchen management experience preferred

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of previous team leadership experience in the restaurant industry

  • 2+ years responsibility for financial results

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager

  • True desire to learn, grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Ability/flexibility to work 48-60 hours per week

  • Ability to set goals, create action plans, and implement those plans

  • Valid Driver’s license/Reliable transportation

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

 Key Competencies:

  • Ability to hire, train, assign, schedule, mentor and develop team members

  • Leads by example; hands on management style;  set high standards for self and the team

  • Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant

  • Build sales, increase profitability, control labor/food costs

  • EBITA and P&L Knowledge

  • Understands KPIs and key financial metrics

  • Knowledge of Labor Laws – New York Fair Work Week Knowledge

  • Work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store

  • Great culture leader who looks for great people to add to the family

  • Proactively manages and develops a strong store team, motivates talent and nurtures a positive culture

  • Reviews performance of employees and enforce policies and procedures

  • Performs regular restaurant inspections to ensure team and restaurant are meeting standards

  • Establishes, follows, and enforces sanitation standards and procedures

  • Ability to control cash, property, product inventory, and equipment
