We’re a bustling, three-floor pub, bar and restaurant in the heart of Whitehall. From lunchtime service to after-work drinks and private functions, we deliver warm, professional hospitality every day of the week. We’re proud to be part of the Young’s Pubs family — known for great food, fresh beer, and outstanding people.

What You’ll Do as a Front of House Team Member:

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service on the bar and floor

• Deliver food and drinks with speed, polish and personality

• Help create a welcoming environment for our guests and team

• Work as part of a supportive team during busy services

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Front of House or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential, we like training people.  

• A confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude

• A real team player who takes initiative and leads by example

• Someone with passion for food, drink and delivering memorable guest experiences

• A host who treats every shift as if they were welcoming guests into their home
