As Assistant Manager at the Walmer Castle, you’ll bring your experience to the table. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example. You'll pull everything together to make sure our guests, and teams, have a great time.

One of Notting Hill’s best loved, landmark pubs, The Walmer Castle is to undergo a beautiful new remodel in the Summer of 2020. This historic pub will of course stay in line with its already discreetly stylish and authentically British vibe, but with a brand-new state of the art Whisky Bar to boast too. The purpose-built bar will be bought to you by team behind the famous Quaich bar in Scotland’s Craigellachie Speyside Hotel, who are also the driving force behind world famous Copper Dog pub group! The Whisky Bar will be taking a permanent residence upstairs in the pub and is set to provide a truly memorable experience for our guests.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be supporting the General manager in spearheading the entire operation; leading your team of experts to deliver truly exceptional experiences, time after time. Armed with an arsenal ranging from mouth-watering Sunday roasts to hearty pub classics; the perfect pint to a world-class Old-Fashioned cocktail. The heady mix of a broad all-day menu complimented by outstanding service, in addition to a state of the art Whisky Bar upstairs, will help you create a true fan-base for The Walmer Castle within Notting Hill, and further afield.
