We’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join this vital team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of making sure our Houses are consistently stocked with the high-quality food WatchHouse is known for. Your work will directly impact the daily experiences of thousands of guests, ensuring that every plate and pastry tells the story of our commitment to quality, care, and craft.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a professional kitchen and be confident and skilled in service. We create, pack and distribute sandwiches and breakfast lines to all 18 houses so working well under pressure, attention to detail and working in a timely pace is essential to this role to ensure we supply all orders on time and in full.
You’ll be responsible for:
· Supporting food preparation as well as full service.
· Working alongside the kitchen team to support with any needs from washing cutlery, plating dishes to putting away orders.
· Maintaining a clean work space throughout the day; cleaning floors, santisting stations, taking out the refuse and maintaining safety standards.
· You will be working in professional kitchens and best-in-class equipment.
This role is full time role, 30-40 hours per week with opportunity to flex up on hours when needed. You'll be based at one location but we ask that everyone is flexible and willing to help out at one of the 12 sites across London.
