In short, a House Manager is the key to our success. They lead their teams, take ownership for their house financials whilst leading service and offering a memorable customer experience. We are looking for experienced managers from either a specialty coffee background or high volume, premium hospitality businesses. We are looking for someone with good commercial experience and a good people leader - we can teach the rest!

A hands-on inspiring leader with an eye for detail, a love of great food and coffee, with a commitment to delivering unrivalled customer experience.
An autonomous manager who takes full ownership for their cafe and their team.
A natural leader. The House Manager leads the team in the efficient running of the coffee bar both front and back of house in order to achieve operational excellence.
A passion for the development and training of people in order to build and develop a highly skilled and high-achieving team that can cope with the pressures and demands of a high volume site.
This is a full time role contracted to 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 and weekend work is expected. All management roles at WatchHouse have access to TRONC.
