"WatchHouse is an award winning, speciality coffee group proudly originating on London’s famous Bermondsey Street.<br><br><br><br>Our Houses embrace a sense of the familiar whilst being intentionally unique. We select our buildings inspired by the stories of their history; engaging with the characteristics of each specific community. They are designed to welcome customers into a contemporary world that honours the past and is fuelled by our commitment to Modern Coffee.<br><br><br><br>Five houses so far; Bermondsey, Tower Bridge, Fetter Lane, Spitalfields and Somerset House and no one the same. Our company continues to grow at pace with exciting opportunities for those wishing to build a career in hospitality. Spring/Summer 2020 see the much anticipated opening of our Roastery at 36 Maltby Street. Nestled into the railway arches will be a fully operational roastery, our new Head Office space, training facilities and our sixth customer serving cafe.<br><br><br><br>At WatchHouse we are driving to build something meaningful, and for us that starts with our people.
