We are recruiting for Kitchen Team Members of all experience levels to join our team at WatchHouse Bath. You’ll be responsible for supporting food preparation as well as full service. We all support each other in WatchHouse. We maintain a clean working space - keeping floors clean, sanitising food preparation areas and maintaining food safety standards. We’ve got busy kitchens so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable working at a quick pace.

What you’ll be doing:

- Prepping brunch ingredients when needed. Helping with busy service.

- Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitised and safe.

- Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and end of shifts and throughout the day if needed.

- Wash crockery, cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation.

- Keep the food and supply storage areas organised and clean- if required

- Keeping on top of all cleaning rotas, refuse and recycling by “cleaning as you go”.

- Take out the refuse.

- Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping) when needed.

- Cleaning extraction vents and deep cleaning, weekly cleaning tasks.
