Description
We are looking for a bright, hardworking and reliable Manager to oversee the day to day running of a brand-new pub by Charring Cross Station, London.

You will be:
  • Interacting with customers
  • Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
  • Ordering and monitoring stock - ensure minimal wastage of stock through rotation and storage
  • Receiving and checking deliveries, storing documentation appropriately
  • Managing staff including organising and adjusting staff rotas
  • Leading on all staff training
  • Performance manage and set objectives/incentives for bar staff
  • Completing open and closing checks, checking cash ups
  • Cellar management
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to a five star standard
  • Implement relevant legislation regarding service of alcohol
  • Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, food and drinks safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
We are looking for people with:
  • Previous experience in a fast paced working environment 
  • Previous experience working in hospitality as a GM
  • Passion for customer service and teamwork 
  • Interest & passion in keg and cask beer, real ale and cider
  • personality & positivity 
  • Complete competence in running shifts & leading a team 
This is a full-time position at 45 hours per week. Working hours/days – a mix of daytime and evening/night shifts including weekends.
