  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Approve deliveries and manage stock upon arrival.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliation.

  • Adapt to customer needs by engaging with them and making informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrate forward-thinking to ensure a smooth shift to the best of your ability and improve customer experiences.
What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Knowledge and interest in keg and cask beer.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Personal license holder (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Reliable, proactive, and task-orientated mindset.
  • A friendly personality with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly wage plus tronc, adding approximately £2 - £2.50+ per hour.
  • Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
  • Employee discount.
  • Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
  • You will be part of a vibrant team culture where your contribution truly matters.
