The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Bar Supervisor for our busy, craft beer-focused venue right by Waterloo station. You’ll lead shifts from the floor, keep service moving fast during peak rushes, and support the team behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead busy shifts on the floor, ensuring fast and friendly service.

  • Support and guide bar staff, setting a strong example during high-volume trade.

  • Handle open/close procedures and basic venue checks.

  • Help with cellar maintenance, line changes, line cleans, keeping stock rotated and moving deliveries.

  • Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe working conditions behind the bar.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior supervisory or senior bartender experience in a high-volume pub or bar.

  • Strong knowledge of craft beer, cask ale, and draft line care.

  • Ability to stay calm, organised, and direct under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
