The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting Kitchen Assistants for our 2025 season!

As a Kitchen Assistant you will be part of a successful & growing business that delivers fantastic food, gives an amazing customer experience, brings the numbers in & is always safe, secure & legal. You will achieve this by playing your part in an amazing team, being engaged and empowered to provide them with the support needed to ensure we provide the best experience to our visitors each and every time.

Our Kitchen Assistants:  

• Assist in the efficient running of the kitchen, working at pace to ensure that all equipment, crockery and utensils are clean and ready to replenish the front of house and kitchen areas
• Assist the team with basic food prep
• Knowledgeable in the proper use of kitchen equipment
• Have great knowledge of our menu offerings and food ethos, this includes knowing our clubhouse menus
• Use your initiative to follow the kitchen and deep cleaning schedules, and complete tasks when necessary
• Work to the highest levels of food and hygiene/ safety, so that the café is safe, legal and passes EHO and internal audits
