JOB SUMMARY

As a Wellbeing Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Wellbeing Receptionist will include but not be limited to:

·         Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, members, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.

·         Offer detailed information about spa and wellness services, treatments, and facilities to enhance the guest experience.

·         Actively promote wellness programmes, spa packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

·         Manage bookings, reschedule appointments, and handle cancellations efficiently.

·         Provide accurate details regarding treatments, services, and availability.

·         Maintain guest records, including preferences, medical concerns, and treatment history.
