We’re on the looking for a passionate and guest-focused Assistant Wellbeing/Spa Receptionist to become a valued part of our outstanding SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Wellbeing/Spa Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved and that all standards are met and maintained. The Assistant Wellbeing/Spa Receptionist serves as the main point of contact for all hotel guests and residents, and works in tandem with management and other departments to ensure guests have an ultimate wellness experience. You are professional, positive and able to maintain a calm and friendly demeanour while delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·       Responsible for greeting every guest upon arrival.

·       Ensure health forms are filled out fully using Zenoti System.

·       Provide each guest with a locker and tour of facilities.

·       Process guests' check out, calculate charges and receive payments using Zenoti.

·       Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa.

·       Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients.

·       Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits whilst demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the treatments and products employed in treatments.

·       Open and close the facilities at the appropriate time.

·        Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the facilities.
