Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Breakfast Front of House Team Member to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient dining experience. Prior hospitality experience is essential, as you’ll be expected to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests promptly in a warm and professional manner

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Serve breakfast items in accordance with hotel and health & safety standards

  • Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, including resetting tables promptly

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the breakfast area, including restocking buffet and beverages

  • Provide guests with information about menu options, special dietary requirements, and local attractions as needed

  • Handle guest queries or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues where appropriate

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction

  • Follow hotel policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

  • High standard of personal hygiene and grooming

  • Professional and friendly attitude

  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
