Following the successful opening of our beautiful new outside spa, we are excited to expand our Spa team. Designed as a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, our spa features a vitality pool and three luxurious treatment rooms, offering guests a tranquil escape to unwind, recharge, and indulge in exceptional treatments.

The Role

We are looking for warm, professional, and passionate Spa Therapists to deliver outstanding spa experiences to our guests. Whether you are experienced in luxury hospitality or looking to develop your career in a supportive environment, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing spa team.

You will provide a variety of treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty services, ensuring every guest receives personalised care and leaves feeling refreshed and revitalised.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver a range of spa treatments to the highest standards
• Consult with guests to recommend personalised treatments and products
• Create a calm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for every guest
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa
• Promote spa treatments and retail products confidently and professionally
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa
• Continue developing your skills and knowledge within the wellness industry

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised Beauty or Massage Therapy qualification (minimum Level 3)
• A genuine passion for wellness and guest care
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
• Previous spa experience is preferred, ideally within a luxury environment, but not essential
