• Previous experience in a similar role, with a real passion for fine food and be genuinely excited by the idea of working in a fast paced environment
• An energetic, fun, ongoing, approachable persona, and be willing to get your hands dirty and be a team player
• A great work ethic
• An ambitious attitude, and be open and willing to learn new ways to jump-start your career
• As a member of the team you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic.
• You will be fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively.
• You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the establishment by providing excellent customer care and service at all times.
