Berberè was founded in 2010 with the goal of serving delicious pizzas in beautiful places, made exclusively with sourdough and prepared using carefully selected, seasonal, and organic ingredients. No fuss—just great pizza in a contemporary and informal atmosphere.

Today, we manage 26 pizzerias: 21 across Rome, Milan, Turin, Bologna, Florence,
Verona, Modena, and Rimini, and 5 in London, located in the vibrant
neighborhoods of Clapham, Kentish Town, Tottenham Court Road, Marylebone and
Westfield Stratford!
We are looking to hire a fantastic STORE MANAGER!
You will
need to:
- Achieve sales targets and operational objectives in line with the OPS Manager’s guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
- Oversee service, kitchen production, reservations, and customer flow.
- Lead and motivate boh and foh teams.
- Manage team training, development, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling, administration, and daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food, service, and team development.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
