Sous Chef - Winchester City Centre Fresh Food Pub
48 hours per week, no split shifts, weekends off on rotation with rest of team.

About us:
The Westgate is a welcoming pub with rooms located at the top of the High Street in Winchester. Overlooking the historic town centre, we offer a traditional style British pub experience with a selection of local ales, quality dining, boutique rooms and a warm welcome guaranteed. We serve food all day every day from breakfast to dinner.
We are closing our doors in September for a FULL REFURBISHMENT and relaunching with a brand new food offer, entirely fresh, local and seasonal prepared by hand in house. Working alongside our established team, led by head chef Denzil, we are looking for a strong sous chef to help shape our future and get involved in not just busy service, but menu design, team training and business direction.
