SpireWorks® is a build your own fast casual restaurant concept centered around vertically spit roasted meats (known around the world as Döner), fresh baked bread and fun / foodie toppings.
We are on a mission to elevate the culinary experience for the everyday person, and to be the haven for the traveling foodie.
Having fun and a culture of trust and dignity is essential to a great working environment. DIGNITY FOR ALL is the core principle that we all live by, and this extends to everyone that we interact with: our guests, our vendors, our community and one another.
As a member of our Crew, you are an integral part of that experience and you will be cross-trained in many different roles from the back of house, to our open kitchen, to our front line.
To be a Shift Supervisor, we’d like to see a minimum of one year’s experience as a supervisor in a quick casual, quality restaurant or retail environment. This opportunity requires natural leadership skills, an upbeat, outgoing and enthusiastic personality that others respond to positively; someone with honesty, integrity and the ability to learn and progress to positions of greater responsibility.
