We are a luxury 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. 80 steps to Harrods and 1 minute to Harvey Nicholls. Warwick London is made of The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse, with a total of 73 rooms.

We are now recruiting YOU to join our Cornwall-born seafood specialist, Chef Tom Brown who has recently re-joined The Capital Hotel after branching out his own Michelin star restaurant 'Cornerstone'. This amazing opportunity will be based at The Capital Hotel .

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and ambitious person to join our reservation team. We are committed to providing training and development to continuously improve and develop the skills required in the a 5-star environment.

The Reservation Agent will support the Revenue Manager in the handling of day to day reservation requests and confirmations by telephone and email..

The Reservation Agent will be responsible for the day to day administration of bookings via email, phone, 3rd parties and online channels. Double checking the accuracy of details and arranging pre-arrival information.

They will ensure that guests, clients and prospective clients receive the best service and standards from The Capital Hotel London.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling day to day reservation requests with accuracy and in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure a comprehensive knowledge of the rooms, categories, facilities and services of The Capital Hotel.

  • Electronic filing and organizing correspondence
  • Double checking pre-arrival details
  • Ensure full data is received and entered into Opera for all reservations accurately and that regular guest information is updated. Any duplicate profiles merged.
  • Closely work with the front office, reception and event teams to ensure accurate communication and delivery of a five-star service.
  • Review correspondence for sales leads, forwarding these to the Sales and Marketing team to follow up.
  • Attend all relevant training
  • Support the Reservation & Revenue Manager in general duties as well as spotting of irregularities and rate issues.
