A luxury 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. 80 steps to Harrods and 1 minute to Harvey Nicholls. Warwick London is made of The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse, a total of 73 rooms. We are now recruiting you to join our five-star, luxurious boutique hotel. Have fun working alongside a fantastic team.
The Role...
We are looking for F&B Attendants to join the team in The Capital Hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge in London. We are now recruiting for a F&B Waiting Staff to join our Cornwall-born seafood specialist, Chef Tom Brown who has recently re-joined The Capital Hotel after branching out his own Michelin star restaurant 'Cornerstone'.
We are looking for people that can:
- Show passion to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Be a committed team player
- Balance personality, character and professionalism seamlessly
- Take accurate orders
- Deliver food and drink in a professional manner to the table
- Check back with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems
- Communicate with customers to ensure any complaints are resolved satisfactorily
- Clear and relay tables and keep the restaurant areas looking pristine
- Can work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Show strong communication skills
More about You:
- You will have experience of working in a Michelin Star or equivalent restaurant or hotel
- Possess a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
- Strong listening, speaking and communication skills
- Minimum one year experience in Food and Beverage
Salary and Contract...
We are able to offer numerous contract types, including a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week over 5 days and zero hour contracts. This role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working evenings and weekends and additional hours during our busiest times.
