We are currently recruiting for a Head  Waiter/ Waitress to join our fine dining Whitcomb's restaurant at our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner.

Overview:

  • An amazing opportunity to join The Londoner, our 5 Star Luxury Hotel and destination fine dining restaurant Whitcomb’s as a Head Waiter/ Waitress. You will;
  • Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised service throughout each guest’s dining journey

  • Lead sections confidently, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house

  • Support training and mentoring of junior team members

  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge across food, wine, and beverage offerings

  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion

  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Contribute to the positive, collaborative culture that defines The Londoner 

 About You: 

We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and personality — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, luxury environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable moments for guests.

You will have:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ess or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury restaurant

  • A natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement

  • Strong communication and organisational abilities

  • Confidence in leading a section and supporting colleagues

  • A passion for food, wine, and service excellence

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
