We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/ Waitress to join our fine dining Whitcomb's restaurant at our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner.
Overview:
Deliver warm, intuitive, and personalised service throughout each guest’s dining journey
Lead sections confidently, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house
Support training and mentoring of junior team members
Maintain exceptional product knowledge across food, wine, and beverage offerings
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Contribute to the positive, collaborative culture that defines The Londoner
We’re looking for someone who brings both skill and personality — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, luxury environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable moments for guests.
You will have:
Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ess or Senior Waiter in a premium or luxury restaurant
A natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Confidence in leading a section and supporting colleagues
A passion for food, wine, and service excellence
A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
