We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef for our Whitcomb's Kitchen restaurant at 5-Star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.
Overview:
An Amazing opportunity to join Whitcomb's Kitchen restaurant at The Londoner as a Junior Sous Chef.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the signature kitchen Concept.
Direct the junior brigade to ensure a high level of food is always executed in the restaurant.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.
About You:
Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
