We are looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Sous Chefs or Head Chefs to come and join some of our beautiful pubs. You'll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills and work with some of the best British, seasonal ingredients around. Our bespoke induction programme is tailored to you and your needs and will give you all the tools you need to run you very own Youngs kitchen. Perhaps you are experienced in running a kitchen but need to work on menu creativity with seasonal fresh food? Perhaps you are a creative cook but need development around systems? The Head Chef Designate Programme is designed to help you unleash your potential and upon completion of our 4-6week induction we will be looking to place you in a your very own pub as Head Chef.

This role requires someone that can inspire a team, to bring out the potential and lead by example whilst being able to develop, cost and produce fresh seasonal menus for the variety of revenue streams within the business.
