The White Buck is a manor house hotel set in idyllic New Forest countryside. There are 16 boutique bedrooms, a dining room - and a steady stream of tourist visitors throughout the summer. Service style here is relaxed but professional.

Could you support the day-to-day management of our bookings/events in the pub/hotel?

As our Events coordinator, you’ll take charge of our events and day-to-day bookings, including all enquiries (telephone, email, booking system) for the overall smooth running from all booking enquiries. This will include bookings for our restaurant and pub as well as dealing with customer feedback and social media. You will be mainly in an administrative role surrounded by our awesome team on site for support.

More about the role

·       You’ll be a great communicator with guests and the team

·       You’ll have great decision-making skills and be able to use your initiative to boost revenue

·       You should be a confident, capable person capable of working both alone and within a team environment

·       You’ll need to be super organised

-       Enjoy the fast-paced fun of pub life and what it offers

·       Learn new skills to enhance your career with our industry leading training and development.

·       Belong to a supportive, close-knit team

·       You’ll need to take ownership of problems, and you’ll live by a mantra of ‘always doing the right thing’ – even if it occasionally means bending the rules.

·       In supporting the management team, this is also a great way to learn the business side of running a pub. It’s a chance to develop your skills and garner the knowledge you need to progress your career even further.

·       The great thing about Fuller’s is that we hire on the basis of potential, more than previous experience. All we need to know is that you’ve got the right character for the role:
