Restaurant & Bar Manager

Job Summary
Candidates will ensure that guests have an amazing, and memorable experience. Monitors setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of dining/bar areas.

Responsibilities
- Create and organize new drink and food ideas
- Manage supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
- Planning and taking part in promotional events
- Anticipate customers' needs and ensure that service exceeds expectations
- Must be able to memorize and repeat daily specials and announcements
- Train new-hires in service standards, menu items, and up-selling

Qualifications
- At Least 3-4 years experience in hospitality, management, or restaurant/bar
- Demonstrates leadership skills, team oriented.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including weekends, and holidays.
- Must be creative with the ability to implement new ideas
