We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful restaurant. With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive bar area, it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.  This restaurant is one of few that hosts a cinema room. Perfect for film & dinner nights or can be used for private hire. 

There is a fantastic management team comprising of 2 Assistant Managers and 1 Supervisor. We also have a very strong full kitchen team. We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle! 

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge on a 48 hour contract. We also offer our General Managers a quarterly bonus plan.

·       Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant

·       Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams

·       Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences

·       Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture

·       Loves to be in the thick of it.
