General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful restaurant. 

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge (approx 8k per year) and this is based on a 48 hour contract.  We also offer our General Managers a quarterly bonus plan.

We believe in keeping it simple, focusing on great food, exceptional service and spectacular sites, it seems to be working as we have now grown to over 50 restaurants.

We aren’t corporate or stuffy.  We keep it real. Present and hands on Senior Managers there to help support every step of the way.  We strive on making sure there is a right balance of support from your area manager but with the opportunity to have autonomy and say on how the restaurant runs.

 We’re looking for an General Manager who:

·       Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant

·       Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams

·       Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences

·       Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture

·       Loves to be in the thick of it.
