Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team. We have an amazing General Manager and Assistant Manager currently working with us but now is the time for us to grow our team at Wildwood York!   

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge. This is based on an hourly rate on a 45-48 hour contract depending on your preference. Hourly pay is no different to a say - you still get paid every 4 weeks and we contract you to full time hours. The benefit is you get paid for every hour you work and never be expected to work for free. 

We also offer our Assistant Managers a quarterly bonus plan.

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who:

·       Is warm, friendly and a natural with guests

·       Team focused. Support and guide our team to deliver the best possible service

·       Has at least one year in a management capacity within a Restaurant

·       Is experienced in a busy, standards led environment, ideally branded

·       Is committed to a career in hospitality

·       Has bags of energy and enthusiasm

·       Has an interest in other areas such as marketing, training & recruitment
