We are looking for a Head Team Member for our beautiful restaurant. With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive bar area it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner. 

As Head Server for Wildwood, you’ll pride yourself on having excellent product knowledge in both food and wine and going above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences. You will work as part of a team to serve our Guests and create exceptional experiences.

We will always do our best to offer a fair and balanced work schedule that fits in with the other important things in life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You’re the face of our guests’ experience, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a memorable experience
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards. 
• You’re confident in running a section, opening and closing shifts, and supervising, training, and motivating the junior members of the team.
