Senior Sous Chef

If so, we are seeking a Senior Sous Chef who is composed, committed and very well organised to join The Parogon Group and support the Head Chef in leading a large team of chefs at our new restaurant Willow at Trentham Gardens due to open in late May.

As the Senior Sous Chef, you will need to have creative flair and get a real kick out of a busy service, providing exceptional food for our customers whilst being busy and under pressure. You will also ensure your chefs and kitchen managers are up to date with training and service standards.

You will assist the Head Chef in the day to day running and profitability of the kitchen within the boundaries of the company’s expectations, policies and procedures whilst clearly delegating responsibility to junior managers to ensure they are assisting you in achieving the best results.
