If so, we are seeking a Sous Chef who is composed, committed and very well organised to join The Parogon Group and support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in leading a large team of chefs at our new restaurant Willow at Trentham Gardens due to open in late May.
As the Sous Chef you will have a strong work ethic, setting the pace and standards of service ensuring your team are providing exceptional food for our guests whilst being busy and under pressure.
You will play a key role in the overall performance of the kitchen with particular focus on ensuring all dishes are produced in accordance with the company recipe and dish specifications in order to assist with stock control and also that all company due diligence checks, and health & safety standards are adhered to.
