The restaurant’s sister restaurant is Franco’s also on Jermyn Street, both of which are owned by the Hambros family.
Wiltons is open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday and dinner on Saturday’s.

The Role & Duties:
Consistently immaculately groomed & presented
Ensure the restaurant has the correct equipment available
Basic food preparation
Assist Chef & waiters with day to day tasks
Maintain the restaurant standards throughout the shift
Be able to spot opportunities to improve sales & exceed the guests expectations
Adhere to the restaurant Health & Safety policy, responsibilities & obligations

Ideal Candidate:
Shift patterns are lunch & dinner
9/10 shifts per week – approximately 45 hours per week with 2 days off (Including Sunday)
Christmas & Bank holidays - the restaurant is closed
At least 6 months experience as a Commis waiter in a similar sized restaurant
Well presented, a good communicator and have a confident nature
Eager to learn and to improve
