Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused individual to lead our incredible team as Restaurant General Manager at Wingmans. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong background in restaurant management, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall business success.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, food safety, and cleanliness.
2. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
3. Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
4. Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
5. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events and campaigns.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and other legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
