Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: Wingmans Kilburn NW6
Starting Salary from £32K per annum + share of service charge- Earn up to £37K+ per annum!

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wingmans. The ideal candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality in food and beverage. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an excellent dining experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards.

Supervise and support front-of-house staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation.

Maintain a positive work environment and uphold company culture by fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.

Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and assist in controlling costs and minimising waste.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and cleanliness standards.

Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

Support the Restaurant Manager in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and achieving financial targets.

Implement promotional activities and assist in organising special events.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations.


Requirements:

 Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
