Job description
Wingmans Soho are looking for genuine hospitality leaders to join our incredible team.
We are seeking a General Manager who is people focused, has superhero hospitality abilities and a passion for everything food & drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager looking for a new role in a fast growing, award winning independent restaurant group.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house team, leading by example to deliver the highest levels of service and an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure that the quality of our multi award winning food offering is consistently delivered, alongside the Head Chef to proactively drive the business forward. Individuals must be motivated, success driven and a team leader that can inspire individuals to thrive in an intense, yet extremely rewarding restaurant environment.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Prior 3 years+ experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager within a high volume restaurant
- Exceptional customer service

- Passion for and knowledge of food and beverage and the London restaurant scene
- Ability to inspire, motivate, lead and develop team
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety requirements
- Ability to manage staff costs and review rotas accordingly
- A good understanding of managing a P&L
- Ability to implement and maintain effective standardised systems, processes and controls
