What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Passion for serving mouth-watering dishes and homemade comfort foods.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Culinary knowledge and technique.
• Commitment to excellence, quality, and attention to detail in every dish.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the kitchen team and Head Chef to consistently produce top-quality dishes
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and high levels of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
  
• Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes for service, coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored properly.
  
• Follow the head chef’s instructions and guidelines to prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently.
