- Proven experience as a Head Chef/Kitchen Managerr or Senior Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- A passion for creating exceptional food with a focus on consistency and quality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, manage, and mentor your team.
- Expertise in planning, food costing, and stock control.
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset.
- A collaborative and creative approach to menu innovation and kitchen management.
- Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service every day.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of Wingmans’ award-winning menu to the highest standards.
- Train, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve excellence in every dish.
- Take ownership of food costs, inventory management, and kitchen budgets.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain menu consistency.
- Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations and operational standards.
