We're looking for a dynamic operator to help us implement campaigns, physical events, and data-driven strategies that resonate with our target audience.

ROLE

To Support the Head of Marketing in building the Wingstop UK brand across the UK, through the development and ongoing management of a range of marketing channels. The marketing manager will aid in new restaurant openings, campaign rollouts, events, local restaurant marketing, new customer acquisition, digital marketing, PR and much more!

The Marketing Manager will support Wingstop UK’s vision by fulfilling vital day-to-day duties, delivering key projects, and managing aspects of the marketing function.

The Marketing Manager will report into Wingstop UK’s Head of Marketing and areas of work will include (but not be limited to) new restaurant openings, local marketing, social media, digital & CRM, administration, and delivery planning.

 

DUTIES

·       Supporting the Head of Marketing with the roll-out of annual campaigns, analysis of campaigns, calendar management

·       Support on all restaurant opening and opening events as well as partnership events from planning, briefing operations and execution on the day

·       Be a Brand Ambassador at all events which showcase Wingstop UK

·       Work with our creative agencies, supporting on event activations from a PR and social media perspective.

·       Working with restaurants to deliver strong local marketing activations on the ground at our restaurants around the UK

·       Assisting in the analysis of delivery sales data and campaigns

·       Supporting CRM campaigns, ideas, analysis, and management

·       Assisting in managing and maintaining all external digital areas such as website, Google profiles etc.

·       Maintaining up to date administration of campaigns and documents

 

SKILLS  AND QUALIFICATIONS

·       Minimum three years’ experience working in a marketing function, ideally in hospitably or with a QSR food operator

·       Extremely reliable organisational skills

·       Strong communicator and team player, willing to work alongside colleagues from other departments and with crew members at events

·       A people person – someone who will live and breathe Wingstop and be a brilliant brand ambassador for us

·       Experience with CRM, database management and campaigns

·       A good understanding of UK culture and how Wingstop fits into it

·       A strong understanding of social, trends and influencer marketing

·       Good budget management skills and decision making

·       Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·       Ability to travel around the UK for restaurant openings and events

·       Ability to occasionally work on weekends for events
