Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer
Location: London - Maple Street (4 days in office pw)
Salary: £60 - 65k DOE + Bonus (with stretch capabilities) +LTIP + Benefits

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Insight & Innovation Manager to help shape what’s next for Wingstop UK & Ireland.

You’ll sit at the centre of it all! Working with our EMEA team to turn insight into bold ideas and bold ideas into reality.

From spotting the next big flavour trend to landing it in restaurants, you’ll own the journey. You’ll be responsible for delivering an 18 month innovation pipeline that creates buzz, drives frequency, and fuels real growth… without breaking operational or commercial guardrails.

What You’ll Own

Innovation & Product

  • Lead end-to-end product development (LTOs + core), from idea to in-restaurant launch
  • Build and manage a bold, commercially smart 18-month innovation pipeline
  • Create standout, on-brand concepts that drive trial and keep people coming back
  • Make sure everything lands operationally smooth and commercially strong
  • Own secret menu creation for our fan based / loyalty and prop and co create with our flavour collective in our loyalty proposition

Menu & Experience

  • Own menu architecture. Clear, simple, high impact on line and in restaurant
  • Continuously evolve the menu based on performance and behaviour
  • Partner with marketing to make sure it shows up right in restaurant and digitally

Insight (Your Superpower)

  • Turn customer, market, and product insight into action
  • Make sure every idea solves a real need or unlocks a real opportunity
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and culture

Governance & Pace

  • Run the monthly innovation forum. Clear priorities, no fluff
  • Own the stage gate process. Fast, focused, accountable
  • Track performance and make sure we learn, iterate, and go again

Collaboration

  • Work closely with suppliers and supply chain to make ideas real (and scalable)
  • Partner with EMEA to align, share, and win bigger
  • Bring ops, marketing, and finance with you to land it right

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in product, innovation, or insight (QSR, retail, FMCG)
  • A real appetite for bold, customer-led ideas
  • Strong commercial instinct. I.e. you know what works and why
  • Experience running pipelines, innovation forums and stage gate processes end-to-end
  • Ability to turn data into clear, confident action
  • Someone who can influence, align, and make things happen
  • A genuine love of food, trends, and culture
