ABOUT US

We're not just in the chicken business. We're in the flavour business.

And we're growing fast.

We've been named a Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years (2024, 2025 & 2026), recognised as the UK's #1 QSR brand in 2025, and our food has been named Deliveroo's #1 dish of 2025.

Now, we're looking for a designer who can turn that momentum into measurable growth.

Someone who knows great creative isn't just about looking good. It's about stopping the scroll, driving orders, bringing customers back and making every campaign work harder.

THE ROLE

We're here to make noise, drive growth and keep customers coming back for more. We need creative that does the same.

As our Growth & Performance Designer, you'll turn bold ideas into work that gets noticed, drives orders and delivers results. Working across Brand and Growth, you'll create everything from scroll-stopping paid social and delivery campaigns to CRM, loyalty and menu creative.

You'll bring the flavour, test what works and keep pushing creative further. Always on-brand, always commercially minded, always moving at pace.

We're looking for a hands-on designer who gets both brand and performance. Not just creative that looks good, but creative that gets results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Paid social & performance: Create scroll-stopping creative across Meta, TikTok, display and digital campaigns. Develop variations, test different approaches and use performance insights to make the next campaign even stronger.
  • Growth, CRM & loyalty: Design campaigns across email, app and loyalty that give customers a reason to order, come back and spend more.
  • Delivery & digital ordering: Own creative across delivery platforms, digital menus, kiosk and in-store promotions. Make our products irresistible and our offers impossible to miss.
  • Campaigns & brand activation: Bring Wingstop campaigns to life across digital, POS, local store marketing, OOH and DOOH, adapting creative to every channel without losing what makes our brand distinctive.
  • Creative & collaboration: Partner with Brand, Growth, CRM and Digital to turn commercial briefs into brilliant creative. Manage multiple projects at pace, challenge the brief and keep finding better ways to make our work stand out and perform.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Around 4–6 years' experience in graphic design, growth design, performance creative or commercial design.
  • Experience in a D2C, delivery-led, app-first or subscription brand, or a performance creative agency working with similar businesses.
  • A strong track record of producing paid social and display creative at volume, with examples of testing, iteration and learning from results.
  • Experience across digital touchpoints, ideally including CRM, email, app and web.
  • Experience adapting creative across different channels and formats, with exposure to retail, OOH or DOOH a plus.
Your creative approach

  • Commercially minded: You understand the objective behind the brief and how design influences customer behaviour.
  • Test-and-learn focused: Your portfolio shows variations, iterations and creative tests, not just polished final campaigns.
  • Performance driven: You're comfortable using campaign results, audience insights and feedback to inform creative decisions.
  • Brand conscious: You know how to push creative forward without losing what makes a brand distinctive.
  • Built for pace: You can juggle competing priorities and deliver high-quality work when things move quickly.
  • Big on craft: Typography, layout, composition, imagery and execution matter to you.
  • Passionate about food: You understand the power of great products, compelling offers and brilliant customer experiences.
Your toolkit

  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Confident using Figma to create and adapt digital assets and collaborate with CRM, Digital or Product teams.
  • An understanding of creative formats across paid social, display, CRM and digital platforms.
  • Motion, animation or lightweight video editing skills would be a bonus.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOUR PORTFOLIO STAND OUT?

We're interested in the thinking behind the work, not just the finished designs.

Show us how you've:

  • Developed multiple creative routes or variations for a campaign.
  • Tested different hooks, messaging, formats or visual approaches.
  • Used performance results or campaign learnings to improve creative.
  • Adapted campaigns across paid media, CRM, app, web or physical channels.
  • Balanced a distinctive brand identity with a clear commercial objective.

You don't need QSR experience, but a background in food, delivery, hospitality or another fast-moving consumer business would be a real advantage.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Salary: £50,000–£60,000, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: 15% bonus opportunity, with stretch potential.
  • Long-Term Incentive Plan: eligibility from year three of employment.
  • Holiday: 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
  • Health: private healthcare, with sole cover.
  • Family: enhanced family-friendly leave.
  • Wellbeing: enhanced company sick pay, including two weeks at full pay on a rolling 12-month basis.
  • Pension: 3% employer contribution.
  • Wingstop perks: 20–50% employee discount when dining with friends and family.
  • Everyday extras: access to our benefits platform, including lifestyle savings, recognition and employee assistance support.
  • Equipment: company laptop and phone.
  • Location: Our London office on Maple Street, with four days a week in the office.
A NOTE ON AI

AI is a useful tool, and we're not against using it. But we want to see your thinking, your creativity and your experience.

Your portfolio should reflect work you can talk us through, explain the decisions behind and demonstrate your own contribution to. If there's AI-assisted work in there, be open about how you used it.

We're interested in how you think, how you create and what you bring to the table.

READY TO BRING THE FLAVOUR?

If you can make creative that looks sharp, works hard and helps grow a business, we'd love to see your portfolio.

Bring the flavour. Make an impact. Let's talk.
